Number 024 (ナンバー０２４, Nanbā 024?), also known as No. 024 or Number XXIV, is a recurring enemy in the Final Fantasy series. It appears as a human enhanced by magitek.

Final Fantasy VI
Number 024 is a boss fought before entering the heart of the Magitek Research Facility, guarding the room with the drained espers. He may be an experiment created in the precedent rooms, as its number seems related to the later boss, Number 128. It uses mainly magical attacks.
Final Fantasy XIV
Number XXIV (ナンバーXXIV, Nanbā XXIV?) appeared as the second boss of 
Castrum Abania. He was a test subject of Aulus mal Asina's in his attempts to infuse pureblood Garleans with the ability to use magic. While he was successful with XXIV, it resulted in severe psychological problems. Nonetheless, his success with XXIV would lead to the creation of the Resonant.
Number XXIV was renamed Subject Number XXIV (実験体ナンバーXXIV, Jikkentai Nanbā XXIV?) in patch 6.4, and his encounter completely redesigned.
