A Wrench in the Works in the East Shroud. It is accompanied by two Imperial Engineers. Completing the FATE rewards a 
Proto Armor Identification Key, which can be turned in for 
The Magitek Menace. The quest is not required to complete the FATE or obtain the key, allowing players to preemptively collect the key before doing the quest.
