Heavy Shot (ヘヴィショット, Hevi Shotto?), also known as Big Shot (ヘビーショット, Hebī Shotto? or ビッグショット, Biggu Shotto?), is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series.

Big Shot is the initial Limit Break for Barret, which deals non-elemental damage to one enemy equal to 3¹⁄₄ times normal damage. Using Big Shot 9 times will unlock Mindblow.

Final Fantasy VII G-Bike

Barret could use Heavy Shot when assisting Cloud.

Final Fantasy XI

Heavy Shot is a marksmanhip weapon skill. It is a single-hit attack with an increased critical chance. It provides a TP enhancement to Critical chance. It can skillchain into Fusion. It requires a combat skill of 225.

Final Fantasy XIV

Heavy Shot is an action initially learned by Archers. It is a weaponskill with a damage potency of 160. It is performed instantly, has basic recast time of 2.50 seconds, and a range of 25 yalms. Using Heavy Shot has a 20% chance of enabling the usage of Straight Shot (or from level 70 of Bard onwards, Refulgent Arrow) for 30 seconds or until the latter skill is used. At level 76 of Bard, Heavy Shot upgrades into Burst Shot.

Big Shot is a Level 1 Limit Break for Ranged Physical DPS classes, introduced in Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward (3.0).
