Hyper Shot (ハイパーショット, Haipā Shotto?) is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series. It is the strongest Limit Break used exclusively by Irvine Kinneas.

Hyper Shot is the strongest Limit Break for Irvine, requiring Pulse Ammo to use. It has an Attack of 120 and deals non-elemental damage to one enemy, but is extremely slow. Because Pulse Ammo is rare, and Hyper Shot is slow, Irvine may be better off using his other Shots unless his Strength stat is very low.

Hyper Shot is an ability usable by Expert Sharpshooter Irvine after using his Limit Burst. It costs 150 MP to use and deals 1 hit of physical damage with a modifier of 1850x that ignores 50% DEF to one enemy.

Hyper Shot is a Limit Burst for Irvine. When at max rarity and fully enhanced, it deals 3 hits of physical damage with a modifier of 60x to one enemy and enables access to Quadruple Shot (FFVIII) for 2 turns to the caster.
