Firebomb (火炎弾, Kaendan?, lit. Flame Bullet), also known as Flame Shot (not to be confused with the recurring Flame Shot ability) and Meteor Strike (not to be confused with the recurring Meteor Strike ability), is a recurring enemy ability in the Final Fantasy series that deals Fire damage.

Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-
Flame Shot is used by Ifrit. It shoots three consecutive projectiles that inflict fire damage.
Final Fantasy XI
Firebomb is used by Orcish Warmachines, dealing fire damage in a cone.
Final Fantasy XIV
Firebomb is used by Rhitahtyn sas Arvina in
Cape Westwind. It deals ranged area of effect fire damage and leaves behind a pool of fire that inflicts
Burns on anyone standing in it, causing additional damage over time.
Final Fantasy Type-0
Cater can use Flame Shot via her Elementillery, and strengthen it via Flame Shot: Power ↑. Elementillery is Cater's default skill and it defaults to Flame Shot, though she can also attune her shot to other elements.
Final Fantasy Record Keeper
Flame Shot is used by Rhitahtyn sas Arvina. It deals fire damage to the entire party with a chance to inflict Sap.
Final Fantasy Brave Exvius
Flame Shot is an ability learned by Cater at level 17 (4★). It costs 24 MP and deals 6 hits of Fire physical damage with a modifier of 1.8x and reduces Fire resistance by 40% for 3 turns to one enemy. If used after Hawkeye, it becomes Flame Shot↑.
Meteor Strike is an ability learned by Vermilion Class Zero Cater. It costs 200 MP and deals 9 hits of Fire physical attacks with magic damage with a modifier of 100x and reduces Fire resistance by 135% for 5 turns to one enemy, as well as increasing Fire physical/magic damage by 30% for 5 turns and adds the Fire element to physical attacks for 5 turns to the caster. It uses the Bolting Strike chaining family.
