A girl that keeps to herself, but has a short fuse. Her keen intellect and swiftness in battle makes her a formidable foe.
Description
LegendAqua is a downloadable character in Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy. she is the 1st representative of Final Fantasy XXVII, and is one of the warriors fighting on the side of Cosmos. A girl of few words, depending on what the topic is, she likes to keep incognito most of the time. In her original game she was a orphan but taken in by a foster family, then a civil war broke and lost both her foster parents, she however was taken in by a Magic School called "Regina Veneficus Akademy". She wants to graduate and search for something dear to her. Like Shantotto, Prishe, or Gilgamesh, she has no impact on the main storyline.
Appearance
LegendAqua appears as a 17 year old girl, with blue hair, she has heterochromia, her left eye is blue while her right eye is pale green. She wears a blue robe adorned with sapphires, she wears a blue skirt with sapphires encrusted belt along with blue school shoes. She also carries a dagger for protection.(Normal)
In her EX Mode, she has a white robe adorned with blue magic symbols, she also has a gauntlet on her left arm, she also wears wears a blue bustier and a white long skirt along with aqua heels. This EX Mode outfit is when she was ordained the Queen of the Rebellion Forces. Her first outfit EX Burst has her in her Lights Embrace outfit which was seen during her overpass into the World's Core, she has a white dress down to her knees, with a white aura around her. Her second outfit EX Mode has her in her Marauder Liberator outfit which has her in Rebellion's armor, which consists of metal leggings, a Rebellion adorned helmet along with 2 attache gauntlets, heavy breast plates and rocket fueled shoes. This outfit is seen during the War of Corrupt.
LegendAqua's first outfit has her in her School Outfit, she has a blue blazer, a tie, and blue pinstriped skirt as well as her blue school shoes. Her hair style is also in twin tails with her school's logo ribbons. This outfit is worn during her school days. (Alt 1)
LegendAqua's second outfit has her in her Magic's Infusion attire, she is in a dress with a blue hood, she is also adorned with magic symbols around her dress as well as a tiara with a golden M. She has also again a dagger hidden in her dress. This outfit is seen during the Ceremony of Lord Veios.(Alt 2)
LegendAqua's Manikin, the Eon Barrager, is dark blue with pale light blue hue. However the manikin's weapon is deep pink. In Ex Mode however the colors are reversed, in which it is pink with a fuchsia hue, with the manikin's weapon being dark blue.
Unlocking
Defeat her in the gateway Time Magica 0, then purchase her for 900 PP in the PP Catalog.
Story
A Life Lost, A Life Stranded
She is found near Pravoka in the Time Magica 0 gateway (This gateway can only be created once you downloaded LegendAqua). She asks the player for directions to find Lord Veios, she orders the players to defend her, going through the treacherous 10 floor dungeon. Upon the last floor, she offers to fight you as a final test.
Upon losing she gracefully bows to the player then says this We make the impossible possible afterwards she takes you out of the gateway.
Goodbyes and Farewells
When Feral Chaos is defeated, she is seen in World B, looking towards the mountain in which Feral Chaos was housed and slowly her hands starts to dissipate, and soon she sheds a tear before fading to her home world.
Magica 0
After defeating LegendAqua in Time Magica 0 Gateway and purchasing her in the PP catalog, she gains a storyline, this storyline does not impact the main storyline and is loosely based on Final Fantasy XXVII, she fight Gabranth, Emperor and Lord Veios within her storyline.
Battle
LegendAqua is described as a Magic Barrager, fighting using magic attacks mainly with the use of her weapons. Her fighting style is all magic all rounder range attacks.
LegendAqua is a light-sized character who moves extremely fast; faster than Tidus and Onion Knight. Her attacks consist of long range to medium range and melee range magic attacks.

EX Mode
LegendAqua's EX Mode is called Wave Aura Impulse. She gains Hastera, which speeds her movements, Regen, and Magic Boost which allows for more projectiles and wider range for her attacks. Also she gains Protectra which cuts physical attacks onto LegendAqua by 30%. She also learns one new attack in EX Mode called Blizzaja.
LegendAqua's EX Burst is Barrage of Ultimate Seas. She punches her staff into the screen causing the screen to crack then she is seen holding her staff next to her face then casts an aura on her staff then there you must press 5 random buttons. If the conditions are met then she will cast "Ultimate Seas" causing a massive tidal wave to crash into the foe causing the screen to crack even further causing a huge blue explosion, if unsuccessful then she will only cast Waterja.

Allusions
- When defeated, before leaving she says "We make the impossible possible", this is similar to what Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII says before fighting Orphan, and in comparison is the same thing said to Lord Veios in Final Fantasy XXVII
- When fighting Garland, she says "Cladded armour fool!", this is similar to what she says to the Knight of Eight in Final Fantasy XXVII.
- She seems to have the same shrill laughing voice as Shantotto.
- When fighting Emperor, she says "Fall, Lord of Hell", this is similar to what she says to Lord Veios when transformed into Xericos saying "Fall, Lord of Despair".
- When fighting Exdeath, she says "*Yawns*, Enough aVOIDing me!", this is similar to how Knight of Two kept running away from her in Castle Veios in Final Fantasy XXVII. Also Knight of Two also has the same appearance as Exdeath only with red armour and a thick green Greatsword.
- When fighting Tifa, she says "To those who fight further!", this quote is a play on word and a pun for the battle theme music "Those Who Fight Further" from FFVII.
Trivia
- The school that she attends is Latin for Queen's Magic, in which case she does become Queen (Rebellion Forces), also that fact that she is brilliant at most types of magic.
- Her Waterja HP attack looks similar to Vaan's Torrent, only without the Glyphs.
- She is the only character to have every Water magic spell up to it's highest level, that being Waterya.
