Grants Nebula to self for 15 seconds, reducing damage taken by 30%. Nebula Mastery upgrades Nebula to Great Nebula

Patch 6.1	Added as an ability that grants Nebula to self for 6 seconds, reducing damage taken by 20% and delivers an attack with a potency of 3000 every time the user suffers damage. Can only be executed while under the effect of Junction Tank and replaces Draw and Junction in the hotbar. Shares a 20-second recast timer with Blasting Zone and Aurora.
Patch 6.11	Effect duration increased from 6 to 10 seconds.
Patch 6.2	Fixed an issue wherein the counter effect of this action was affected by opponent's status effects. Fixed an issue wherein the counter effect of this action could not be triggered under certain conditions.
Patch 6.28	Potency of damage reflected increased from 3000 to 4000.
Patch 7.1	Removed.
