Description
Firebolt Blade is a weapon ability for Cloud in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, provided by the 
Sleek Saber. Cloud jumps towards the targeted foe, hitting twice with 
Lightning damage before hitting a third time with 
Fire damage.
Obtained
Firebolt Blade is provided by the sleek saber, and learned with use. Exploiting an enemy's weakness with the ability gains proficiency bonus.
Use
Firebolt Blade despite having elemental properties is a physical attack meaning that it relies on Cloud's 
Attack Power for damage, which is normally strong due to Cloud's naturally high 
Strength. As it targets two elements, it can be an effective way to pressure many enemies.
In many cases, players will equip Cloud with the 
Elemental Materia on a weapon. Though Cloud can use physical damage with one of these elements, paired with either 
Fire Materia or Lightning Materia, it is impossible to pair it with both as when two elemental materia are used the left-most pair gets priority. Firebolt Blade is also effective as an alternative to spellcasting, only costing one ATB charge and no MP.
