Bless (せいしんは or 精神波, Seishinha?, lit. Spirit Wave), also known as Regen, is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series. It is an ability often used by Fusoya, which gradually restores HP similar to the Regen spell.

Bless is a command ability for Fusoya. In the non-3D versions, it has a casting time of 0 and immobilizes Fusoya while the party gains HP equal to the amount from a Regen spell.
In the 3D versions, Bless slowly restores MP to the party and can be learned by any character who is given the respective augment, received at the Crystal Palace after the events in the Giant of Babil. It grants +1 Intelligence (+1 Spirit in some versions) when equipped on a character that levels up after reaching level 71.
