Velkk are a race of vicious warriors that have established settlements in the west of Eastern Ulbuka. According to ancient records, they once lived throughout the various islands that make up the Adoulinian archipelago, but were forced further and further westward as the First King's influence grew.

• Death Spin: Area of affect physical damage and Defense Down.
• Velkkan Pygmachia: Four-hit attack, physical damage and chance to Dispel one buff with each hit.
• Glutinous Dart: Physical damage and Slow.
• Saurian Slide: Conal damage and weapon Encumbrance.
