Description, Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions

To Orbonne is the first event in the prologue of Final Fantasy Tactics, and takes place in the Orbonne Monastery. It has different events depending on the version of the game. The scene depicts attackers traveling to the Orbonne Monastery in search of Princess Ovelia Atkascha.

Walkthrough

The scene plays after selecting a new game and choosing Ramza Beoulve's name, and follows an opening credits scene. The scene depiction changes by version. In the original Tactics, a full motion video depicts five knights riding chocobos head toward the monastery; in The War of the Lions, a hand-drawn cutscene instead begins with a scholar unraveling a map of Ivalice before Delita Heiral lead his chocobo knights toward the monastery.

After the scene, the first battle event, "Ovelia's Prayer", immediately begins.
