Stonega (ストンガ, Sutonga?, lit. Stonga), also known as Stonga and Stone III, is a recurring Earth-elemental spell. It is the upgrade of the spell Stone, and has an upgrade in the form of Stoneja.

Stonega is an area effect damage spell learned by Black Mages. It does Earth-aligned magical damage to all creatures within range of a specific targeted enemy. Stonega may be purchased from a vendor for 1,346 gil or less depending upon fame.

Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings

Stonega is the last of the four elemental-aligned spells that Kytes learns, at level 25. Stonega deals Earth damage to all enemies around a designated target.

Final Fantasy XIV

Stone III is a White Mage spell learned after completing the The Girl with the Dragon Tissue level 54 job quest. The spell deals earth-elemental damage with a potency of 220 to a single enemy. Stone III will automatically replace the player's Stone II spell after learning the Stone Mastery II trait. At level 64, Stone III will be upgraded to Stone IV after learning the Stone Mastery III trait.

Stonega I-III are magic attacks available only for Jornee to use. The spells can only be learned from her final Titan signet. All Stonega spells deal heavy earth-elemental magic damage to a single enemy and cost 45 MP.

In addition, Titan is able to use Stonega III when he joins as a guest party member during the finale of the Eureka arc.

In the original free-to-play versions, Stonega I-III could be used by any party member equipped with a Stonega versions of the Hecatoncheir or Goblez OR signets. Each version of the spell dealt more damage depending on the summon's rank and had increased MP costs.

Dissidia Final Fantasy

Stonega is cast by Shantotto when using Spirit Magic: Earth while her Bravery is between 3,000 and 5,999. It creates rocks of earth that stab upwards beneath the opponent.

Stonga is a level 6 Black Magic spell learned by several characters as well as Golem (3★) and Titan (3★). It costs 20 MP to use and deals Earth magic damage with a modifier of 20x to all enemies. It uses the Chaos Wave Awakened chaining family. In some instances, it can be upgraded to +3 which upgrades the modifier to 72x.
