The Scissor Devil is an enemy in Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-. The best attack to use is Costly Punch, although a combination of Graviga and Assault Twister+ works well too. The player can steal the useful Gil Toss materia from it. Back-attacking will inflict critical damage. Protection against Stop helps, as its regular attacks inflict this for extended periods of time.
