Elderly man
Menos (メノス, Menosu?) is a town in Final Fantasy Adventure. The player can kill the NPCs found within the town, but they have lot of HP and they do not yield the player any experience points or GP. Since NPCs can be hit, this can be used to "push" them out of the player's way and allow Sumo to pass through if they are blocking the way.
Story
Menos is Amanda's village and she returns there when she leaves Glaive Castle. After being attacked by Julius on the Glaive's Airship, Sumo ends up crashing through Amanda's roof. Sumo in semi-conscious state, Amanda greets him. Telling him that after he left from Glaive, she came back home. Amanda apologizes to him before stealing the pendant. When he wakes up, he does not find the pendant anywhere and vaguely remembers Amanda talking to him.
An old man tells Sumo that Amanda left the village earlier this morning. One citizen mentions that Chocobos are seen nearby.
