Imposed Destiny is a main story chapter of Act 3 in Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia. It acts as the first part of tenth chapter, with the story focusing on the casts of Final Fantasy XIII.

The story of this chapter takes place in a tower which resemble Mysidian Tower from Final Fantasy II. Minwu can be recruited at the start of this chapter by viewing the cutscene "The Philosopher Returns".

There are five locked gateways found in the first area of this chapter.

• The first one appears at the right of entrance. It unlocks after beating "10-5 Tower of the Magi Pt. 5".
• Second one appears on the south west. It unlocks after watching cutscene "The All-Powerful"
• Third one appears on the west, blocking the way to the center of area. It unlocks after beating "10-12 To the Top Pt. 2".
• Fourth one appears at the north east. It unlocks after watching cutscene "Look at Me".
• Fifth one appears at the north west. It unlocks after watching cutscene "With Hope in Our Hearts".

Treasure chests

• At the west is a chest with Gil x50000. Appears after beating "Quick Encounter Pt. 1".
• At the east is a chest with Gil x50000. Appears after beating "Quick Encounter Pt. 2".
• At the north east is a chest with Chocobo Tail Feathers x1. Appears after beating "Quick Encounter Pt. 3."
• At the north inside a room is a chest with Higher Power Orb x50. Appears after beating "Quick Encounter Pt. 4".
• At the north east of second area is a chest with Higher Guard Orb x50. Appears after beating either LUFENIA or SHINRYU difficulty of "Silver Dragon Wrapped in Icy Winds"
