Doc's Code (医術の心得, Ijutsu no Kokoroe?, lit. Medicinal Knowledge), also known as Doctor's Code, is a recurring item in the Final Fantasy series, either appearing as an item or accessory. It generally increases the potency of items, similar to the ability Item Lore.

Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-
Doc's Code is an accessory that automatically uses a Potion whenever Zack's HP falls below 25% Max HP, and when used in Materia Fusion it gives AP +10%. It can be stolen from Kactuare, a finish reward for Mission 6-2-5, found as a treasure in Mission 9-5-2 or from the Magic Pot (10-2-3).
Final Fantasy VIII
The Doc's Code is an item that teaches any GF the ability Med Data. It can be refined from 10 Elixirs with [[Eden (Final Fantasy VIII)|Eden's GFAbl Med-RF or from a Leviathan card with Quezacotl's Card Mod into 3 Doc's Codes. One Doc's Code can be refined into one Megalixir via Doomtrain's Forbid Med-RF.
Final Fantasy XIII
Doctor's Code is an accessory that grants the Improved Potions passive, which doubles the potency of healing potions. It drops from Anima, is found in a treasure sphere on Sunleth Waterscape's Sun-dappled Trail, and is rewarded for Mission 41.
