Corps Watchman uses Manadrive Fire after falling below 60% and 30% HP and after performing a total of three of the following attacks: a basic attack, two basic attacks in a row or a stronger attack. Manadrive Fire deals 105-116 damage (137-158 with Enfire from Corps Marksman). His basic attack deals 65-67 damage and the stronger one 98-100 damage.
Corps Watchman is easily defeated. Barfire and Protect help mitigate his damage.

Etymology
Corps, from French meaning "body", is a term used for several different kinds of organization. Within military terminology a corps may be: an operational formation, sometimes known as a field corps, which consists of two or more divisions, such as the Corps d'armée, later known as I Corps ("First Corps") of Napoleon's Grande Armée); or an administrative corps (or mustering) – that is a specialized branch of a military service (such as an artillery corps, a medical corps, or a force of military police).
Watchmen were organised groups of men, usually authorised by a state, government, city, or society, to deter criminal activity and provide law enforcement as well as traditionally perform the services of public safety, fire watch, crime prevention, crime detection, and recovery of stolen goods.
